Invincible flame turrets

When playing Xeno is anyone else having an issue where the turrets are sometimes unkillable? it happens to me when I come out of the tunnel ant try to hit them before they activate, it happens if they are firing at me where I will take a few swings at em and they won't take damage until they knock me out of supermode and sometimes when they are in cooldown mode they won't die. It is inconsistent but I have sat there whacking on them for 4-5 hits at tomes and they just won't die. this is particularly irksome when I am taking add-ons to know they are there before coming out of the tunnel so I can deal with it and they won't die before they come online. Also frustrating when I know its there and come around a corner swinging only to have my claw bounce off it harmlessly and lose my supermode just because the turret bugs out. It isn't consistently replicable.
