Alien shouldn't use tunnels near a hook

Now that looks like people can't play without camping and tunneling, Xeno can just use a tunnel to camp inside it and just come up when someone is just unhook, tunnels near someone hook should be block

    Theres anti camping applied to him already, it takes him considerably longer to come out of a tunnel thats close to a hook.
