Broken Mission (Hook 5 survivors in the basement w/ Agitation)

This mission is broken. I've been trying to complete it for a few days and never really thought about keeping count of how many survivors I hooked in the basement. Today I did keep count and after hooking 5 times survivors in the basement, the mission still won't complete
Build : Iron Grasp, Agitation, Pain Res, Deathbound
