Plot Twist + Unbrekable are bugged together

- Using these two perks together, following things will happen: If you down yourself with Plot Twist and recover yourself, Unbrekable will stop working and you can't pick yourself up anymore the second time you are downed. This should not happen as Plot Twist should be used instead when you down yourself. Both perks seems to be consumed.
- How to reproduce: Just run these two perks together and down yourself (without No Mither).
- How offten: Probably every single time, idk for sure I just tried these perks together but I bet this will happen evertime since PlotTwist will overwritte Unbreakable if you pick yourself up.
