1 cheater and 2 flashlight locker glitch abusers in a match

both players are abusing the flashlight locker glitch ruining 2 of my games stupid and of course nothing will happen to either player.
I have the images but can someone explain how to get permission to upload them? Uploading an image gives me the message you need the garden.uploads permission and when trying to add a link it also tells me I need permission to do so.
