Calm Spirit is occasionally (but not always) not suppressing scream location bubbles

While Calm Spirit is properly silencing the screams themselves, it sometimes fails to suppress the associated location bubble revealing the survivor's position to the killer. I had previously seen the same issue with Ultimate Weapon and thought it was specific to that perk, however I just had this happen while I was running Iron Maiden as killer. When the survivor exited a locker, they didn't scream but I was still able to see their location.
