PS4 - Randomly walking while running

Every time I try to play survivor, regardless of map or character, I’m encountering a bug where the character randomly shifts between running and walking at a rapid pace (ex: run for 3 seconds, walk for 3, run for 4, walk for 2, etc). It has made chases completely impossible as survivor. This has been happening in every match since the most recent update.
