poor doctor taking another L. Any killer can have a better version of static blast on a better cooldown using a perk now.

    Static Blast doesn't just make survivors scream revealing their location. It also inflicts Madness which has the basekit effect of spawning Illusionary Doctors that help locate survivors alongside many effects via addons. Madness T3 also prevents survivors from being able to do anything until they snap out of it.
