Tome being tied to new chapters

So its been a couple of chapters since this trend started, i believe since Forged in Fog, which would make it 3 tomes so far, being Forged in Fog, Tools of Torment and lastly, End Transmission.
Yeah what you think of this schedules? personally im against it, would rather have the tomes be tied to whatever characters need them, rather than always being the newest release.
Just imagine what something like an RE Tome could bring, some many skins to choose from, theres also other licenses that could use it, like Leatherface.
But yeah, in general i think it would be better to have the tomes for characters that need it.

It's very unlikely, considering they are licensed. I would rather have a dredge and/or death slinger tome.
