Xbox - Blast mine makes you invisible

Step 2 : Put blast mine on gen
After putting blast mine on a gen and running away, I became invisible. It seemed I had to get back on a gen to get rid of it since I didn’t know how to fix it for a bit while my buddy was hooked.
It doesn’t seem to happen all the time though. I kept trying to replicate it in customs and I got it to work like one or two other times.
This happened while in game and after the game I noticed the killer was a streamer so I joined to see what was going on there and he said he was going to report me, so I am worried about what will happen with this since it is a bug. Knowing that this perk is bugged like this, I won’t be using it, but now I’m worried about that.
Please kill switch blast mine in case others come across this and don’t mean to do it so they don’t run into problems too.
