Tome 9 Level 4 challenge bug

the challenge "Buried Underground" in Tome 9 Level 4, "Hook 12 Survivor(s) in the basement", is bugged and does not reward progress at all, have tried with multiple different killers and maps.

    All challenges for hooking survivors in the basement are not working at all
