Reporting a player

How do you formally report a player? They didn't cheat and they were awesome. They got a 4 slug but then just left everyone on the ground to bleed out. If I DC, I get a penalty. I have it on video and really want to report this????

there's no reason to report him, letting someone bleeding is part of the game.
