PC - Five Survivors in the after game running loop

As you can see, there are five Survivors in the animation, with two bugged in each other. When only three people were dead,with the last still in the trial, there were already four Survivors in the animation. I think this might be because of the player who disconnected as he was replaced by a bot right before his dying animation on hook finished. This might have caused the game to assume that two players died.
I have never seen this before, but I assume it can be reproduced if you dc right before your icon on hook changes to indicate that you're dead
This should be the correct log file as this happened before I restarted my game.
