Rift Level 4 not rewarding

I completed rift level 4 and it didn't reward me with the "Launch" charm or the 25 rift fragments.
I attached an image that shows the charm and the fragments are still locked even though I completed the rift.

same problem before BUT now it show that i unlocked it BUT didnt gave me the 25 rift fragments and i didnt received the Charm

Yeah, I have this exact same issue. The other 3 charms have a little "Owned" tag on them, the Launch one doesn't. Complete both pathways just in case that was bugging, but still not awarded the charm on completion.
