There is now a 1/1.5 second tail delay registering in the games hit box. (As soon as the green splash/tail attack is fully extended) Below is the video.
Are you sure this isnt just the visual effect from the tail itself?
The video only showcased the animations, it never actually showed real gameplay of it being quicker?
Above is the said attack hitting the car (clearly the end point is the hood/top of the car.) from the killers pov the tail has already done this part of the animation and is in recovery mode. (the cooldown) the seconds vary to around 1.5 seconds but its resulting in misses that SHOULD be hits.
