How does DBD League scoring work?

I was watching some DBD League on Youtube today and was wondering how points work. I see that a first hook on a Survivor is 3, hook states afterwards are 2 each. Generators are 2 each. But when three survivors escaped, they got 8 points total for that? Does anyone mind breaking down the scoring format for me? Thank you so much for taking the time to explain it to me.
