Lagging and glitching

While playing on PlayStation 5, my character will shake and warp around in spots, I can't see the killer coming and sometimes it kicks me out of the game saying disconnected from server and then I get a match making ban. I just upgraded my Internet to 1 Gbps which is the best they have. Any advice?
