Step 1 : Select a basement hook challenge such as Monstrous Mayhem.

Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match

Step 3 : Meet the conditions of the challenge.

Step 4: The challenge does not register as completed.

Additional information

• Character played: Oni
• Perks played: Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine, Scourge Hook: Hangman's Trick, Agitation, Iron Grasp
• Treatment Center most recently but happens on any map
• Occurs every time attempted
