PC - Basement hook challenges not working

Step 1 : Select a basement hook challenge such as Monstrous Mayhem.
Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match
Step 3 : Meet the conditions of the challenge.
Step 4: The challenge does not register as completed.
Additional information
- Character played: Oni
- Perks played: Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine, Scourge Hook: Hangman's Trick, Agitation, Iron Grasp
- Treatment Center most recently but happens on any map
- Occurs every time attempted
