(Idea) What if the "blood echo" perk changed the way it was activated
And if the "blood echo" perk changed the way it was activated, would it make it more useful?
Currently the "blood echo" perk is active when hooking a surv and if there are injured survs they will suffer from bleeding and exhaustion for a period of time, and it also has a cooldown to be able to use it again, Although the effect of the perk is interesting, it is very situational and somewhat useless, as the "slop butcher" perk that only requires you to hit a surv already causes hemorrhage and with an effect even stronger than BE, so the interesting part would be exhaustion, but "fearmong" could help better, even because it has the blindness state, however, I thought that Blood echo could perhaps be useful in pursuits, my idea would be this:
-Activation change: The perk activates whenever a generator is completed
-buff: The perk no longer has a cooldown
This change could make the perk more useful against perks like MFT, for example, the problem with blood echo is that it is only useful if you hit a lot of survs and if you manage to knock someone down in a chase, with my idea, you can use it During a chase, the perk may become less useful on legion or Prague, but will become more useful on M1 killers such as pig, clown, sadako etc.
