The Knight is unplayable
Guard goes after a survivor and literally runs around a circle. Survivor drops a pallet and what does my guard do? Run all the way around, avoiding the pallet completely not running through it, stones or walls until they touch the pallet then continue to chase them.
Then the worst offender isn't that, it's how unreliable his power is. You can't manouver for ######### when you're setting up patrol. That detection range zone circle whatever most of the time miss the survivor anyway because the circle is expanding after you deployed your guard. So not only are you taking your sweet ######### time to setup, survivors have enough time to sprint away from you, eat, do the dishes, vacuum, take a shower, clean up the bed, go to sleep, wake up after 7 hours and laugh. Now I know why they gave knight a generic haste buff just to 'catch up' lol its a complete joke
Why shouldn't I pick another killer? Give me a good reason. Eitherway I wasted my shards on it. I wasn't aware his power is completely broken beyond repair.

I love playing the knight. But the biggest issue is that when you successfully guess where the playing is going and place a guard ahead of them. And the player is playing oblivious and just running straight at the guard.....the guard doesn't take the easy hit but instead runs past the survivor and then when way behind starts chase. I get that you don't want the guards to be too powerful but sheesh worse AI programing ever !
