- log into a game with the engineer’s guild archive vs a killer with scourge pain res and dead man’s switch
- be in coop with another survivor when another survivor is scourge hooked
- finish the match without cooping again

Additional info: I had a sliver of progress remaining, and got on a gen with 2 others for a few seconds before getting hit with screams. See vid linked
