Blast Mine doesn't activate

Series X. I've completed the needed amount of gen progression and the icon for the perk is lit completely, but I'm not getting the activation button at all... I couldn't use the perk at all

Survivor: Ellen Ripley

Map: Father Campbell's Chapel

Perks: Blast Mine, Chemical Trap, Deliverance and Distortion

Item: Yellow Med-Kit

Add-ons: Bandages andMedical Scissors

To activate Blast Mine (or Wiretap), you can no longer do so while actively repairing a generator. You must momentarily stop, and while standing by the generator, will get the UI prompt to install the perk.

    It was changed slightly, you have to stop repairing the generator and stand next to it, then the installation prompt will appear.
