Trapper getting traps from lockers?
can trapper ever get his traps from lockers like huntress and trickster?

Personally I think he should just start with all his traps.
If he didn't have to waste so much time running around the map to collect them, he might actually be okay.

Honestly this wouldn't hurt anyone in current dbd. No one would complain about this.
I always have to run corrupt when I have to pick up traps and set them up. I also think him stepping into his own traps shouldn't stop him, as basekit. It is a brown add on is it really that big of a deal?

I'm less keen for that, as that naturally pushes new players to lockdown Trapper instead of patrol Trapper. Having to collect traps naturally pushed Trapper to traverse the map and in turn leads more towards trapping windows and pallets for the chase, which is also what the speed boost buff does.
Basement Trapper is very deadly and nasty, and is where Trapper is King, we all know that, and it ofc can still be done... but at least with traps spread out in the map Trapper has more incentive to roam and he has to work for it.
There are traps however that are plain trash to collect, so I would much rather have the QOL change to collect a trap from locker on a 45s cooldown, which demanifesrs the furthest unset trap.

I would be happy if he started with 3 traps and 5 were on the map + speeded up the speed of setting traps (10%) so as not to take those green addons. it has a problem like a pyramid, there is no variability in builds.

This would be fine normally, but his abillity to camp would just be super feels bad. Its why they call his purple the basement sack.
