PC - Bear Trap Glitch in Tutorial

There's a glitch in the tutorial mode "Survive with Bots". I recorded a video of my character getting stuck in a bear trap. Usually, you can struggle out of the bear trap and with each attempt, you can see the attempt bar load up. However with this glitch, the bar would not load up and the character would "get out of the bear trap". Meaning, the character would still be stuck in the bear trap animation, but I could walk around. I also could go past the exit gate boundary but wouldn't exit, so I had to let the bot trapper kill me instead.
