Sacrificial Ward disables map repeat prevention

Description of the issue:
I was sent to Midwich Elementary School twice in a row. The first time was random, no map offerings used. The second time the killer used the Sacrificial Ward. That's why I suspect that the sacrificial ward switches off the map repeat prevention. See uncut video for details:
