PS5 - Leon not prestiging

No specific steps. I completed Leon's level 50 bloodweb and was going to prestige him for the 1st time, but whenever I try, the circle fully completes but nothing happens. I tried to fix it by completing a page of Claudette's bloodweb, but this made it so Leon's prestige circle didn't fill up all the way anymore. Resetting the game fixed the circle not completing, but I am still unable to prestige Leon, even after a few days of waiting
