"No Network Connection" - pc

I play DBD on PC. After I launch DBD from Steam before I enter the lobby I am prompted with this message (see image). It says in order to acsess this content an internet connection is required. I have run internet speed tests and im getting 400mbps so its obviously not that... Ive tried everything I can think of from uninstalling and reinstalling the game, veryifying files, launching the game as administrator, resetting routers etc. Im just not sure what to do to fix this because its happening every time I try to run the game.
If you think my DBD log would somehow help I could post that.
