Wesker threw me and made me stuck on a wall

Was playing as Zarina on Crotus Prenn Asylum. Wesker threw me up against the border wall and my body froze in the throwing animation and skated down the wall. Even after being hit and hooked I kept flying back to the wall I got hit at. This is the first time this has happened to me. I play on steam with crossplay on. Killer was cross platform.
