PC - Kindred working incorrectly

When I am hooked while using Kindred the killer's aura is not revealed. Still functions correctly when other people are hooked.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Play survivor with Kindred on.
Step 2: Get hooked
Step 3: Notice that the killer's aura is not revealed.
I was playing Elodie with the perks Kindred, Open Handed, Windows of Opportunity, and Made for This. I have reproduced this bug every time I've played with Kindred since the patch, and the killer was not undetectable in any instance.
Killer is behind rock in attached screenshot. They were within aura reading distance, and it failed to function even within a couple meters.
