Alien's power get's locked out of ever being used

*At random, Alien's power bar will never fill, constantly playing the sound cue for it being almost done but never letting you into Crawler mode, you can still use the tunnels, but your bar will always be stuck at 99.9%
-Boot up the game
-Select Alien
-Start a match
-Random chance of it happening
Seems to be completely random.

I had that happen once in a game but then the game server crashed and the match ended.
