SWF Party disconnects

I have a friend that I play with frequently, and every 2 hours exactly, he will be disconnected from my party and has to restart his game. This ONLY happens with him, I have never had this error occur to anyone else. If we are playing a game as we hit the 120 minute mark, we will be able to finish the game but as soon as we return to our party he gets disconnected.
