Rank Reward (Incentive to stay high rank)

As the title suggests I wish for a rank reward system to help keep the good players in the high ranks and reward them for staying there.
This could also just be a general reward to all ranks (other than 20, those guys are 2cool4us)

This has been discussed many times but still doesn't get answered often, it would help balance the ranking system (however balanced it is)

    at first they nead to fix the ranking system becaus it ois to easy to get to rank 1 you just nead to play the game and it dosent matter if you are good or bad

    Also they should change some basic game mechanics to allow people being less toxic (removing some elements that lead to this behavior) ... imagine what would happen today if there was some sort of rewards ... I don't even want to think about that ... pure hell :p
