Pinhead’s Power Disabled

Nintendo Switch:
I loaded into Haddonfield as Pinhead with Larry’s remains, Impaling wire, Black ward, Hex: Devour hope and Haunted grounds, Jolt, and Bbq and Chili. I could not summon chains nor teleport to the box. This has happened a few times in other maps and I even changed the addons and Perks.
