Just like the random perk challange in the tome. This as normal thing you can do would be really fun. Thats all

This has received quite a response and is generally considered to be a good play element.
It is good that the system already has it as standard, so it should be implemented.
There is no particular disadvantage because people who don't need it just don't use it.

I think we should have a mode, where everyone with random perks. No meta, just meming with what you got.
