Add option to name builds and add more slots

Name field next to the build number would be nice. Also more slots for the builds would be good too.

    It would be really cool if you could safe perk builds over all killers/survivors, so let's say you have your medic build and you want to use it on a different survivor so you can just select that... Or on killer a full aura read build...

    It would be so nice to just be able to safe them and not need to write out build ideas outside of the game or remember the...
