The image freezes ingame

The game responds to key input (character moves and sound is normal), but the picture is frozen. When I change the tab, e.g. Task Manager, the game runs normally in the background. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the graphics driver. There are no other changes, except for the DBD 7.3.0 update.
