PC - password reset doesn't work

I registered my BHVR account a while ago.
I was going to link it to my Twitch account, but I recently realised that I can't login, and even the password reset option isn't working (on pc or mobile, chrome or FF). I checked all my email folders including spam and there's no sign of the reset email.
Can anyone help?
