Is Cenobite power not working for others?

Just tried playing a second game with Pinhead and his possessed chains aren't working. Checked settings, all correct. other killers work fine.
Thoughts?

It's a bug that seemingly came with the 7.3.0 update. Interacting with the Lament Configuration breaks your ability to use Possessed Chains for the remainder of the match. Sometimes it just seems to randomly happen too.
