Ultimate weapon broken on dredge

While dredge is teleporting during daytime, ultimate weapon triggers
Pick dredge, equip ultimate weapon, DON'T be in nightfall, teleport while ultimate weapon is active. You will hear survivors scream even though you are undetectable while teleporting
Only occurs if dredge is not in nightfall

I've also noticed that Dredge will sporadically have a Terror Radius during nightfall, even though he's supposed to both be Undetectable and his terror radius should be reduced to 0.
This enables Dredge to use Ultimate Weapon during Nightfall, even though he shouldn't have a terror radius at all.
