Lost characters and their prestige

As soon as I launched the game for the first time, I had more characters on my account than I should have, I didn't attach any importance to this, but somehow I couldn't get them because of the family library, because there were no accounts with dbd. Recently, all the "new" characters have disappeared on my account, and there was no message anywhere about what happened. I would like to know how to get the character back, because he was pumped well, and in the end he and the cakes for the 7-year anniversary disappeared
