Twitch drops not appearing at all

I have linked all of my accounts to my BHVR account, and every single step of the process is highlighted green. However, when I go to Twitch the drops NEVER show in my inventory. I haven't been able to progress towards them at ALL. I am trying to claim them on XBox
Also, please give switch players a way to get these items. Maybe a code or something, because straight up not being able to get cosmetics that are apart of a FREE COLLECTION because of my platform is terrible.
