Can't use power after picking up cube as Cenobite

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as Cenobite in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, pick up cube (potentially while a survivor is changed by power)

Step 4 : Notice the game will not allow you to use either the teleport or chain power.
