Singularity can bypass camera cooldown by switching to EMP'ed camera and back

1) Any platform (tested on PC/Steam)
2) Singularity can bypass internal camera cooldown for infecting survivors by switching to EMP'ed camera and back
3) Choose Singularity -> load into match -> place biopods -> wait for any biopod to be EMP'ed -> switch to an active biopod -> infect survivor -> switch to EMP'ed biopod -> switch back
4) Every time
