How long is this screen supposed to show?

Sooo I reported some exploits and apparently action was taken. Great! I appreciate it! I also like the feature. However, since then, this screen always appears when I log into the game. I always press okay, but it doesn't stop. Is that supposed to happen or what should I do to get rid of it? Or should I put it into Bug report? Does anyone have the same issue? xd
