Void Portal Needs Changing and/or fixing

Idk if the new void portals are bugged or if this was the intention but just played my first match during the event. Portal was created to enter the void. As soon as I transfer to the void and started moving it took me back to the actual map and I was instantly downed since I tried to take it mid chase and since I came back immediately I was downed by the killer. There should be a 2 to 4 second grace period where you shouldn’t be able to go back to the map aftet entering the void. I literally tried to run out of it but it sucked me back in. Idk if that’s intentional or if there’s supposed to be a different way or leaving the void.
