artists of the fog not on sale

Hello
Like my title says, is there a reason artists of the fog collection is not on sale?
i also reported 2 months ago, that the collection never was avaible for Iri shards, but i never got a answer

the collection is considered licensed, so it wont be made available for iri shard purchase. heres a link to the confirmation by mandy.
