Instead of doing it next year, they can make the serum work all year round like the survivor one.
Now that would be funny, ha ha.
Maybe they could do that with the Halloween outfits too, ha ha.

I hate Wesker both as and against. But yeah, blighted serum should have unique effects for certain killrs. Wesker should have one free bound (one, single use), plague should have one spit of never fading vomit (only for enviroment use), Wraith should be able to use serum while cloaked, Nemesis should get few secods of haste, no slowdown, and all benefits of hitting zombie with his first tentacle.
