Xbox Series X - Specific Blight Skin cannot be purchased

The Invasive Species skin for Blight cannot be purchased by any means.
Step 1 - Boot the game
Step 2 - Open the game's store
Step 3 - Navigate to Blight's page
Step 4 - Click on the Invasive Species Skin
Step 5 - Realize that it has no price or purchase prompt despite not owning it
Always happens and has been an issue since patch 7.2.1. I've heard reports of this happening with other characters but I haven't encountered any other examples personally.
