Broken Bulb rate basically non-existent

I wasted around 40 levels and didnt get a single broken bulb. I wont put in BPs anymore until you fix those odds properly!

    Still no fix for those non-existing odds? After 85 levels i got a broken bulb ... out of a box. How is this still a thing?
