Fps drops, stuttering

After new event patch my fps drops during every match only on Killer's pov.i locked my fps to 120 but drops to 80 or 60,fps going worse when i pick up a survivors or i hook them and turn my camera.

Cpu: Ryzen 7 5700x PC

GPU:rx6800xt

RAM:32gb 3600mhz

SSD M2 western digital
